It all started when we wanted to get a welding cart for our workshop that could accommodate two welders (MIG and TIG) and two gas cylinders. After an extensive search, we discovered that no such welding cart was available on the market. Moreover, none of the existing carts offered secure attachment for welders or gas cylinders. We had no choice but to embark on designing and manufacturing such a welding cart ourselves!
The welding cart offers:
- up to two portable welders can be placed
- welding machines are secured against falling with a fastening strap
- up to two pressure cylinders of different sizes can be placed
- pressure cylinders are secured against falling with a fastening strap
- stable construction from modular aluminum profiles
- high load capacity of drawers 50 kg
- load capacity of one wheel=150kg, i.e. 600kg in total
- drawer handles are available in seven colors
The modular construction made from aluminum profiles allows for endless customization options!
Currently, we offer the following accessories:
- Drawer: The drawer is made of 1.5 mm thick sheet steel, it is equipped with Accuride ball slides with a reach and a load capacity of 45/50 kg. It is possible to choose one of seven handle colors. The welding cart can fit up to 5 drawers, and each of them can be equipped with a soft foam insert with tools such as HAZET.
- Spray holder: Separating spray is a useful tool for every welder, which prevents balls from sticking to the table and tools, and is therefore convenient to have at hand at all times.
- Welding wire holder: The welding wire for the TIG welding method is a thin metal wire that serves as a filler material to create the weld, melting under a controlled flame and argon shielding gas to ensure a clean and strong joint. This wire is most often sold packaged in 5 kg in a long can or in pieces.
- Welding cable holder: A welder usually has at least two main cables: one for the electrodes (or welding wire) and the other for ground. Therefore, it is advisable to place these cables somewhere, and this carrier will serve you well.
- Extension cord holder: Since up to two portable welders can be placed on our welding cart, the question arises as to how or where to connect them to the socket, so that we do not have to constantly pull one or the other welder out of the socket. And so we placed the extension lead with three sockets directly on the welding cart. You can choose not only the length of the cable, but also the 230/400V terminal.

We firmly believe that the welding cart will bring a lot of benefits to our customers, as it will not only facilitate the handling of welding equipment, but also contribute to a higher organization of the working space and reduce the time required for the preparation and maintenance of the welding equipment.
